The swimming pool and services are reserved solely for the use of residents, Owners and their guests.  The swimming pool may only be used during daylight hours and children must be accompanied and supervised by adults at all times around the pool area. 

 

The use of lilos and any type of water games played must not be done in a way that could cause danger or annoyance to other swimmers.  Please note that ball games are not permitted in the pool or garden areas.

 

It is strictly forbidden to allow any animal in the swimming pool area. 

 

Please note that in accordance with swimming pool safety laws access to the pool is by key operated lock only.

 

Please ensure that the gate is kept firmly closed at all times to comply with the laws and prevent accidents involving children.

 

A key is available to each apartment Owner.  Extra keys can be obtained from the Office.
