Overview of Phase 1 and Phase 2

 

"The Bay" was built in two phases.  Whilst there is constant consultation and coordination between the two phases they do have separate Management and Codes of Conduct.  This document only concerns Phase 1.  The Phases split at the swimming pool with Phase 1 adjacent to the sea and Phase 2 the road.  "The Bay" is a residential community, although some owners have family who stay and there are some apartments that are "rented/let".

 

Unfortunately, as with any community,

security is of paramount importance

and Owners are encouraged to be aware

of potential risks and appropriate

measures taken.

 

The gardens which are maintained by the Community

are a delight and are there for us all to enjoy.

 

At the sea front are two petanque courts which can be an enjoyable distraction. There are a number of groups that take advantage of these courts and they are always looking for new players.  Typically these groups pay a 1 Euro fee per player to the Community which the Community uses for social amenities. 

 

However, as is always necessary there have to be some basic Codes of Conduct/Internal Rules to maintain harmony and understanding.  These are explained in this website.
