Management Structure
The community is managed on a day to day basis by a Committee led by a President. The community is represented for legal purposes by a company of Administrators, appointed annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The community has a Management Office on site.
The President is elected at the AGM by the attendees or their Proxies. At the decision of the President, a committee is constituted and/or voted for a Vice-President. The community holds an AGM each year typically in November. Owners will be advised of the forthcoming meeting and provided with an Agenda and Accounts prior to the meeting where the Accounts will be voted upon. Owners should ensure that their email address or home address is given to the Administrators (via the Office if you wish) in order that they receive this information. Only Owners who have fully paid their community fees have voting rights at the AGM.
Proxy voting for the AGM is available to Owners who cannot attend or want their vote to remain anonymous. This can only be done by the owners and filling in the proxy and returning it back to the President to be registered. Please note that proxy forms will NOT be accepted on the day of the AGM.
