A number of apartments have had their balconies enclosed to create additional rooms.  Some of these enclosures are the subject of removal orders by the Community.

 

No new enclosures are to be erected.  Further information can be obtained from the Office.  Replacement of existing enclosures (if damaged) requires the express permission of the Community.
