The funds required to run the community are raised by charging a "community fee" on all properties. The amount payable is proportionate to the area of the property.  Hence, 2 bedroom apartments pay more than 1 bedroom apartments etc. 

Water consumption is also collected every other month along with the community fee

Fees are preferably collected every other month by direct debit, by bank transfer is also possible, paying in cash is not possible.

The amount of the fee is decided at the AGM. 

There are penalties charged for non/late payment. Only Owners who have fully paid their fees have voting rights at the AGM.
